In 2020, the whole world shifted. To reach families at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma, we designed an entirely new program called Xavier Kids. Our first focus was to reach families during the shutdown so I designed this video series. My goal for this series was to help families recognize that emotions have a purpose, and for them to learn to lean on Jesus in prayer so that God could heal their hearts.
For each video I managed the project from start to finish; I wrote the scripts, researched external content, hired and managed the video contractor, presented in the videos, and oversaw the graphic design process for Xavier Kids with our staff graphic designer. This role was in addition to my typical responsibilities at the parish, but we had a lot of fun producing these videos!
